on the 5000ss by having brushes attached to the vaccum box on the bore area it would cut down on the cleaning needed to the machine tremendously.
I attached some cardboard and duct tape( Ive discussed this with Phil and Karl in detail) to try to cut down on the debris that was pummeling the 430 operator and found that instead of cleaning the machine several times a day it needed cleaning only once and it eliminated the dust hitting the 430 operator as well as cutting down on cleaning time and maintenence of that machine also. I just put a door in the machine and butted the cardboard up to it and attached it with duct tape. it eliminated about 75-80% of the debris blowing out of the vaccum box, thus keeping the machine cleaner which cuts down on mis operations by the sensors and the time that was needed cleaning and wiping can now be used to concentrate on quality and quantity
brushes like the ones surrounding the butt router(s) vaccum box would look better but the duct tape and cardboard works great in a pinch

Here is an idea for the Magnum. What about a rotating bore/face mortise mech as a Magnum extra. If you could moretise and bore all in one motion it would save some time and effort on the machinists part. The mechanics and cost shouldn't be too great for something that could be turned off with a the turn of a switch.
Another great thing to work out for Magnum would be using a single router carriage for both 5/8 and 1/4 rad. hinges. Again, with the technical know how of Norfields engineers, I'm sure they could make this a technically easy and affordable option available for machine.
